When to choose a nylon lanyard

Nylon is suited to buyers who want a smooth flat material with a slight sheen and bold screen-printed artwork. It works best with a clear logo, organisation name or short message in one solid colour. If the artwork includes gradients, photographs or several colours, compare the full-colour dye-sublimation polyester lanyard.

Width and quantity

Select the width and quantity using the product options. A 1cm lanyard suits compact repeated branding, while 1.5cm and 2cm give typical logos more space. The 2.5cm option provides the largest printable area. Standard quantities are 100, 300, 500, 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000.

Artwork and additional colours

Supply vector artwork where possible and state the required print colour. One colour is included; additional colours cost £35 each unless more than 1,000 lanyards are ordered. Check the logo scale, repetition, wording and orientation on the free artwork proof before approval.

Clip and intended use

After ordering, confirm the preferred clip and what the lanyard must carry, such as a badge holder, punched pass, card or keys. Make sure the fitting suits the attached item and the event or workplace requirements.
