When to choose dye sublimation

This method is a strong choice when your artwork includes colour blends, fine detail, small elements or a design that should continue across the full printable area. Printing on both sides also helps maintain branding when the lanyard twists during use.

Choosing a width and quantity

Use the product options to select the width and order quantity; the displayed variant price is the total for that combination. A 1cm width is compact, while 1.5cm and 2cm provide more space for typical event branding. The 2.5cm option gives complex artwork the largest printable area. Check that the smallest text and logo details remain clear at the chosen width.

Artwork and ordering

Supply the highest-quality logo or artwork available and explain any important brand-colour requirements. A proof is provided for approval before production. After ordering, confirm the preferred clip and how the lanyard will be used, particularly if it must connect to an existing badge holder or pass.
